About Our Cause
Choices Network, Ltd. was founded by Cedar Rapids native, Jeff Johnston, after losing his oldest son, Seth, to a heroin overdose in 2016. The Choices Network, Ltd. works to educate teens and young adults about the importance of making better choices, and educate parents, coaches, and teachers about substance abuse and mental health issues in teens. Choices Network, Ltd. provides education programs to schools and organizations and supports programs that help teens who are dealing with substance abuse disorders through financial grants.
